Refund and Promotions Policy

🔁 Refunds: At Nentropy Health, we strive to offer you the best service and shopping experience. If you require a refund due to order cancellation, please consider the following conditions:

Cancellation before shipment:

If your order hasn't yet left our warehouse, the refund process will begin immediately. You'll receive a refund confirmation via email, which you can verify directly with your bank.

💰 Payments by deposit or bank transfer:

If you made the payment by deposit or transfer, you must provide us with your CLABE account number to process the refund.
The amount will be deposited within a maximum of 3 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.

💳 Payments by credit card, debit card or PayPal:

Refunds issued via credit card, debit card, or PayPal can take between 20 and 30 business days, depending on the processing times of each banking institution. If the refund is not reflected after this period, we recommend contacting your bank directly for further information.

🎁 Promotions and coupons:

All active promotions at Nentropy Health are applied directly in the shopping cart and will be visible within your order summary before finalizing the transaction.

Discount coupons must be entered manually during the checkout process.

The system will display the applied discount before confirming the purchase.

Promotions cannot be combined with each other, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotions are subject to availability and validity as published on the website.
